Who We Serve

At Next Level Living, we proudly serve adults diagnosed with mental illness who benefit from a structured, supportive, and professionally supervised living environment. Our homes are designed for individuals who require daily assistance but do not need the intensity of a hospital or nursing facility setting.

We provide accommodations for residents who may need help with medication reminders, personal care, meal preparation, and maintaining daily routines. Each individual’s plan of care is tailored to promote independence, dignity, and stability within a community-based residential setting.

Payments accepted:

We currently accept residents through:

  • Residential State Supplement (RSS) funding

  • Private pay arrangements

Residential State Supplement (RSS) Residents:

Next Level Living accepts individuals approved for Ohio’s Residential State Supplement (RSS) program. RSS provides financial assistance for eligible adults with mental illness or disabilities who require 24-hour supervision in a licensed residential facility.

Through this program, residents receive room, board, personal care, and support services that help them live safely and comfortably in a community environment. Our team works closely with case managers, county boards, and state agencies to ensure compliance with all RSS requirements and to maintain continuity of care.

Private Pay Residents

In addition to state-supported residents, Next Level Living also welcomes private pay clients seeking high-quality residential care. Private pay residents receive the same level of structured support, personal care, and professional oversight, with flexibility to tailor services to individual needs and preferences.

Private pay arrangements allow families and individuals to secure immediate placement and maintain greater control over care options and accommodations.

At Next Level Living, we are committed to providing each resident—whether funded through RSS or private pay—with the same level of professionalism, compassion, and individualized attention. Our goal is to help every person we serve live at their next level of independence and well-being.
